Questions About Maintenance and Add-Ons?

Curious how our Add-ons and Maintenance Plans work? Here are answers to the most common questions, including setup, billing, and ongoing support, so you can choose the services that make your site work harder for you.

Maintenance plans begin on the 1st of the month following your launch. Ex. if your site launches in April your maintenance will begin on May 1st. At that time, your site starts receiving monthly updates, backups, and security monitoring.

Absolutely. You can choose Add-on Services at any time, and we’ll integrate them efficiently so your website gains new functionality whenever you’re ready.

It depends on the service. Some Add-ons, like additional page layouts, require text and images from you. Others, like maintenance, don’t require any input.

Unused support requests or update time do not carry over to the next month, so it’s best to plan how you’ll use them.

If you purchase a website, maintenance plan, and/or add-ons together, the total is handled as one project payment: 50% deposit upfront and the remaining 50% before the site goes live. After launch, the maintenance plan continues as a recurring monthly charge. If you add features or a maintenance plan later, Add-ons are billed in full immediately and maintenance begins its recurring monthly billing.

Add-ons are carefully integrated to complement your current site. We ensure each service works smoothly with your existing content and functionality.

Our Enhanced and Priority Maintenance Plans include monthly support and basic content edits to keep your site running smoothly. While the Essential Plan doesn’t include support, we do offer individual support services for $75 per hour.
