How soon will my maintenance plan start?
Maintenance plans begin as soon as setup and payment are complete. From that moment, your site starts receiving updates, backups, and security monitoring automatically.
Can I add features later if I change my mind?
Absolutely. You can choose add-ons at any time, and we’ll integrate them efficiently so your site gains new functionality whenever you’re ready.
Do I need to provide content for add-ons?
It depends on the service. Some add-ons, like additional pages with content, require text and images from you. Others, like hosting or maintenance, don’t require any input.
What happens if I don’t use all my support or content update time?
Unused support requests or update time do not carry over to the next month, so it’s best to plan how you’ll use them.
How do I pay for add-ons or maintenance?
If you purchase a website, maintenance plan, and add-ons together, the total is handled as one project payment: 50% deposit upfront and the remaining 50% before the site goes live. After launch, the maintenance plan continues as a recurring monthly charge. If you add features or a maintenance plan later, add-ons are billed immediately, either individually or as a package, and maintenance begins its recurring monthly billing.
Will adding an add-on affect my existing website?
Add-ons are carefully integrated to complement your current site. We ensure each service works smoothly with your existing content and functionality.
What if I have a question or need help after setup?
Our Enhanced and Priority maintenance plans include monthly support and small content edits to keep your site running smoothly. While the Essential Plan doesn’t include support, we do offer individual support services for $75 per hour.
